C-Section Belly Recovery
A clear scar-care routine for real life after birth.
The fold above a C-section scar can look and feel different from the rest of the abdomen. The program focuses specifically on caring for that fully healed scar area.
This image represents an individual experience. Every body and scar is different, and no specific cosmetic result or timeline is guaranteed.
Not your whole belly. That specific fold or “shelf” sitting just above your C-section scar.
You notice a fold directly above a fully healed C-section scar.
The area feels tight, pulling, numb or less mobile than the surrounding skin.
You feel unsure about touching or massaging the scar safely.
You have tried general workouts but never learned how to care for the scar itself.
You want a short routine you can do at home without special equipment.
Clear scope: This is not a weight-loss program or a complete abdominal rehabilitation plan. It does not diagnose or treat diastasis recti, seroma or surgical complications.
More ab workouts are not the same as scar care.
Most postpartum instructions stop at wound care. Once the incision is fully closed, many moms are never shown how to begin caring for the scar area itself.
Elisa breaks scar care into short, clear steps, so you know where to place your hands, how to approach pressure gradually and when to stop and speak with a healthcare professional.
Know whether the incision is fully healed before you begin.
Learn each movement without guessing or forcing the tissue.
Use the complete routine in about five minutes a day.
Short lessons, practical demonstrations and a complete routine you can revisit whenever you need.
Lesson 01
Learn what to check before starting and when you should wait for professional guidance.
Lesson 02
Begin with gentle touch for an area that may feel sensitive, numb or unfamiliar.
Lesson 03
Follow Elisa’s directions for hand placement and gradual pressure around a fully healed scar.
Lesson 04
Learn the complete sequence and how to progress without turning scar care into another long task.
Safety lesson
Understand which changes need professional assessment. This lesson is for awareness only and does not diagnose or treat seroma.
Practical guide
Organize your routine and understand when broader abdominal changes may need professional evaluation.
Elisa Rocha is a Brazilian physiotherapist specializing in women’s health, with postgraduate training in Biomechanics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
After becoming a mom in 2019, Elisa experienced postpartum back discomfort, abdominal weakness and the frustration of looking at a body that no longer felt familiar.
Today, she teaches scar care in the clear, supportive way she wishes more moms received after a C-section.
Go through the lessons and decide whether the program is right for you. If it is not a good fit, contact support within seven days of purchase to request a full refund.
Only begin hands-on scar care after the incision is completely healed. There should be no open areas, scabs, drainage or signs of infection.
Many incisions heal around six to eight weeks after a C-section, but a date on the calendar is not medical clearance. Ask your OB-GYN, midwife or healthcare professional if you are unsure.
You can still learn how to care for an older, fully healed scar. The program does not guarantee that the area will change or predict how your individual scar will respond.
If you have persistent pain or a new change around an older scar, speak with a qualified healthcare professional before starting.
No special equipment is required. Elisa explains any basic item used in the lessons before you begin.
No. C-Section Belly Recovery focuses on education for caring for the fully healed scar area. It is not designed for general weight loss and does not diagnose or treat diastasis recti or any other medical condition.
No. The seroma lesson explains possible warning signs and when to contact a healthcare professional.
A new or growing lump, unusual swelling, fluid, increasing pain or signs of infection should be assessed by a qualified professional.
There is no fixed timeline. Every scar and postpartum recovery is different. The program teaches a consistent five-minute care routine but does not promise a particular cosmetic or physical result.
You receive immediate access after checkout and can revisit the material for one full year. The $37 price is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
